A quick, delicious, and moist meatball recipe for pasta, meatball subs, and appetizers.

1 pound 80% ground beef
1/2 pound ground pork
1 large egg
1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
1 1/2 tablespoons finely chopped flat-leaf parsley
1 small onion, diced
1 garlic clove, minced
2 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp oregano
Salt and pepper
1/2 panko bread crumbs
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Marinara Sauce or any sauce you like
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°. In a mixing bowl combine the beef and pork. Add the egg, cheese, parsley, onion, minced garlic, smoked paprika, oregano, then salt and pepper as desired. Add the bread crumbs and add in the Worcestershire sauce, then mix well. Shape into 1 and 1/2 -inch meatballs and place on a cooking sheet and bake for 18 minutes.
- Simmer the meatballs in your favorite marinara sauce over low heat for 10 minutes and serve over pasta, on a meatball sub, or as an appetizer. Feel free to try my homemade pasta sauce recipe!
