- 1 lb raw pecans
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup light brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg white
- 1 table spoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 250F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper, set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine the pecans, sugars, cinnamon, cardamom, and salt. Mix everything together.
- In a small bowl, whisk the egg white until frothy and add in the vanilla extract.
- Pour the egg white mixture over the pecans and stir everything together well. Make sure the pecans are evenly coated.
- Pour the pecans onto your lined baking sheet, spread evenly.
- Bake for 1 hour, stirring every 15-20 minutes
- Let the pecans for cool on the baking sheet and enjoy!

Store in a tight container or storage bag at room temperature.
