Description
An easy pumpkin spice simple syrup using brown sugar, pumpkin puree, cinnamon, and nutmeg.

- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 cup water
Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients to a pot and whisk together. Bring the mixture to a boil and let it simmer for 15 minutes while it thickens. Remove it from the heat and cool down.
- Double strain (mesh strainer and cheesecloth) the syrup into a glass jar and store it in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
